Wells Fargo makes it VERY clear that they will ONLY send my PIN to my address-of-record. I kind of like that as I see it as treating me as a responsible adult.
This has been true, generally, for PINs (including on ATM/debit cards) for as long as I've had them. If you don't know your PIN, you need to wait for the mailer via USPS.
