No priority in the rebooking process for BA status members.
BA only allows you to "potentially" get ahead of a rebooking queue.
At the airport, landside, there is a separate customer services desk for Golds and Silvers to get to the counters in advance of the masses. I have since that that it is faster to call the BA Gold line (in my case) or Sillver line and hope they respond faster than the normal land line. I normally do this while standing in the airport rebooking line and hope all can be sorted out quicker than I can get to the agent at the rebooking desk.
