It will never be $99 with free 1 year prime. Because if it is the case, it would be advertised as join Amazon Prime and get a free fire phone! I wonder how many people who bought AT&T version at launch are kicking themselves right now.

My Amazon Prime renewal is coming up in December, I am considering it at $199. $100 for an unlocked mid range new Android smartphone.. is really a great deal.. almost disposable.
