Forget about the TG F part of the itinerary. A TG F BP only gives you access to the SEN lounge.

1. The lounge access rules say one companion plus spouse/partner plus children under 18. So if one of your children is under 18 you should be ok.
2. On arrival in MUC follow the signs as if you are connecting from gate H21. You will probably have to clear security but just say you are going to the FCL. There is passport control within the lounge for those connecting to FRA. You can stay on Level H without clearing passport control until your TG flight but you may have to leave the FCL at the same time as your wife and children.
3. Your wife and children should be able to access the FCL in FRA. The FCL B is probably the most convenient.
