Just cancelled my First USA SWA Visa and my US Bank NW World Perks Visa. Neither company would talk to me regarding the annual fees [$59 and $90 respectively]. In addition, neither company was willing to offer a mileage based incentive to pay the fee(s) and retain the account(s). Citibank's AAdvantage card and AMEX's Skymiles card will be the direct beneficiaries of this situation.
