Ok I'll book with AF/KL/LH then because "business class" is available on the transfer legs. That must be better than "Premium Economy".
Better to brand your special seats as "First" or "Premium Europe" or something (to avoid the extra TPs and CCR access implied by F), then no one wonders why they aren't available to transfer pax.
