Hoping someone can provide some assistance to me or has had seen the same issue.

Booked a Flex BKKBNE r/t as Gold Member. According to the mileage calculator, I should be entitled to 30k (20k tier) miles for this trip. Once the bookings was available in my account, the mileage being displayed is only that of a flex/saver. The miles are now only showing as totally different number (lower) that I can't seem to calculate how it was derived (4750 tier miles).

Anyone had a similar experience whereby online was showing an incorrect amount of 'future miles earnings' but after the flight, the correct amount was credited to the account.
