I agree with the few that think a US first model would work. Reduce the number of seats, 2:2 big seats, increase the price and BA would be known to offer a unique premier service.
Maybe they could offer what is now know as CE as a premium economy which offers a free middle seat and a meal but no lounge access and no in increased seat pitch
Not sure how that would work bearing in mind the huge variation in Club Europe loads across flights, add to that the complexity of longhaul transfer passengers
