I've stayed there a couple of times as we have an office about five blocks away. It's an OK property. A couple of annoyances:

1. T-Mobile reception is horrible inside the hotel. I've been on the east side on a high floor twice, and pretty much have to stand next to the window to talk.
2. The breakfast is middling. They do have grits, but you have to order them from the server.

But, the staff is very friendly, the rooms are large enough, the eastern view is pleasant from a high floor, and the location near the MARTA station is very convenient. I like the location better than the HR/HP downtown, and the fact that it's a 10 minute stroll to the office in nice weather is a bonus.

As a Diamond, I got upgraded both times to a semi-corner room on a very high floor. Long thin room, sitting area at the door, then bathroom, then bedroom area. (Looking at the floor plan above, I think it was 1016 and 915).
