I just received this email today with the same offer, and am quite happy about it. Am PLT with 21 stays 42 nights, and was unsure if I would requalify. Now I definitely will, plus get a head start on next year.
I didn't read the T&C, but see that another poster said the bonus nights don't count towards lifetime status. That's too bad, but I think that's reasonable. tls
