But then again, some of them are free and yes, there are some free lunches over there.
Right now I have some checks from Shell/Chase MC offering 0% till November of 2003 !
Amazing, I can buy US savings bonds after July,15th with my Delta Amex for double miles, then turn around and transfer balance to MC and keep earning interest for 15 month.
