I've been an MBNA cardholder since 1998 and have had my Quantum MasterCard since Nov 2000. I have often been displeased with customer service, and frequently fustrated over the incompetence of the agt's. Customer Service is awful.
I have requested the MBNA World MasterCard and will see how it goes. Quantum is MBNA's internal product, however I prefer the recognition of the World MasterCard.
