I don't think it's that sophisticated. It will show CPU eligible until the benefit goes away, and then no longer show it. take the case of someone with Gold status today, but dropping to general member as of Feb 1. Any reservations on Feb 1 or later will still show "CPU Eligible" and E+ seating until status goes away on Feb 1. I expect it to be like that for status inheritance, also.
