FYI for those travelling into PHX this week and have family picking them up. A bit confusing as they route you all the way around T4. Not sure if it will relieve congestion or create more problems
They moved this a couple of weeks ago. I haven't noticed any backups but I'm also not spending a lot of time in the cell phone lot. Alternatively, there is the west cell phone lot which I have always found a little more spacious
