Running out of your own product is monumentally dumb.

But the bigger issue is the taking of several agents at two different companies to work it out, the blame game of who's responsible (sound familiar) and the fact one doesn't actually know what is available until you pass the threshold either.

A mixture of grossly unfair policy, incompetence by agents and IT fails. Not a way to treat your very best customers Ben, Ben and co.
