As well as direct aisle access you also get to sit next to the toilet which is supposed to be for CW customers only but gets a constant flow of customers from WT+ (if you're lucky you'll get a crew who don't allow it but my experience is that it is usually tolerated).

Personally I avoid sitting near to toilets if I can, but ymmv.
