Well if you are not happy the way this was handled , move your stays somewhere else.. I'm sick of the way Hyatt GP communicates with it's members. I have had over 70 nights at Hyatt in 2014.... I will scale that back by 60% maybe to 0. To be told over a week ago it was coming back, even being put on hold while the agent LOOKED FOR THE RATE!!! Then she came back and told me it had not been loaded into the system yet!!!

I will share this with other frequent travelers in my office!
