Agent didn't put the money into My Wallet
I had a fare drop, asked for the money in My Wallet.
Instead I got an e-mail about a "gift certificate" with code numbers and pin numbers!
Can I just have them put into My Wallet or am I stuck doing this a new way?
Edit: In case you're wondering why I called instead of doing it myself, it was a fare drop on a GGU res, told me I had to call.
I now have 4 individual codes/pins - can I use them all together on one new reservation?
