Threshold gifts or select privileges - it is absurd to offer them and then "run out". If I hit SE100K and I log in literally the day I achieved it, how and exactly when do they define "first-come, first-served"????
If AC is going to limit the gifts and privileges to a certain quantity, then don't offer them in the first place. AC is saying "Hey, look, you're now a Super-Super-Duper and you get stuff. Oh, sorry, we've run out of stuff for you"
