On WW it would be the most senior Customer Service Leader.
On Eurofleet it would be the most senior main crew member.
On SFLGW it would be a Purser or most senior main crew on a shorthaul flight.
On Mixed Fleet it would be a Main Crew member that has started the programme to be a CSM or the most senior main crew member.
