On Worldwide the crew are Cabin Service Director,
Customer Service Leader (used to be Purser)
and Main Crew
On Eurofleet the crew are either Cabin Service Director or a Purser incharge
and Main Crew
On Single Fleet Gatwick. Cabin Manager
Purser
and Main Crew
On Mixed Fleet. Customer Service Manager
Main Crew Member
(Some are called Future Talent Customer Service Managers which were main crew in training to be CSM but they recently changed them to World Class Trained Main Crew instead)
