Unfortunately it looks like a death spiral for Envoy - without the contract, no new flights.

IIRC new hires do NOT have flow-through to AA, so why would anyone join... and without new flights people aren't applying for pilot jobs at Envoy anyway, vs. 25 other carriers.

Without new pilots to replace those who flow-through to AA (or leave for other reasons) there isn't enough staff to support the flying. Without enough flights they don't need even the pilots they have.
