I hear both of these programs are great as they take the best Amex & DC offers and adds them to a Visa or M/C Card. No preset limits, etc. Does anyone use these milage/perks programs instead of Amex or DC? How are they? Signature Card from Associates Nat'l Bank or B/A Signature card from First USA bank... World MasterCard?
