Staying at the hotel now under two rooms as a platinum. I was told that only two guests (out of a total of 4 in the two rooms) are allowed access to the concierge lounge and have breakfast. Is this the official rule?
They told me the same. We (a company of three, me being a Platinum member) then said we were planning to go to the lounge only three times during our stay of 5 nights.
They finally gave all of us free access without any condition.
We ended up going to the lounge only twice.
Good hotels are about people, not policy.
