Indeed. I was referring to International flights. But for the OP, the fact that E75K get them complimentary on Flex and E50K get them complimentary on Flex between Canada and the US is moot.

The way I am reading the 'rules', anyone can purchase a preferred seat. They are not reserved exclusively for those with status. Is this correct?
