Kind of. It would be monumentally easier for you to drop your wife at the transfer point. She then proceeds thru security and then upstairs to the departures area herself. From there she can find her way to the lounge you both agree on (Wing, Pier, etc). You meet her there later.

The transfer area is easy for you both to access when you are deplaning. From there you would proceed to customs and immigration to enter Hong Kong.

What is very difficult is for both of you to clear through the transfer point, go up to lounge and then for you to try and enter Hong Kong. While it has been reported as possible it requires help from CX and is frowned upon. This is because immigration and departures are on two separate - and secured - levels.

Full maps are available on www.hongkongairport.com that will show you the various transfer points, lounr locations, etc.

Once you decide what to do, post back. I am sure with a few more solid details we can help with logistics (best lounge, where to do post-immigration, etc). I personally do HKG 6+ times a year so it is easy to do with some better structure.
