I had the pleasure of flying the brand new CRJ900 this week CLT-BHM-CLT. Both the livery and the interior was in the new AA style. The interior reminded me of the new AA 738 and 777-300ER interiors. This is the first flight I've seen on US (operated by PSA in this case), but with AA designed interior + MCE. The US reservation system is not yet set up for this. The MCE seats online showed up for $22 for elites and were not labeled as "MCE" on the seat map. I was in the exit row CLT-BHM, which is tight due to the tray tables being on the side of the seat. On the return, I had to ask nicely to get the GA to put me in row 10 MCE instead of paying $22 (which she was nice enough to do).
