Does the 3-month, $2,000 amount have to be hit to the very day? (ex: if I applied for the card on 11/7/2014, do I need to hit $2000 spent by 1/7/2014?) Secondly, do I need to just spend the $2,000 with the card by that day, or do I need to pay off the balance by that day?
