Does anyone here carry (or know about) the Visa Signature card? I've seen this card referenced in a couple of threads on this board, but without specific details.

From what I've heard, the Signature card is a high-end card, presumably with an annual fee, with exceptional travel rewards (from what little I've heard, on par with the NEA card). The Visa website lists a handful of banks that offer it, but none of those bank sites will allow you to apply for the card online.

Any info would be appreciated...
