Yep, purchased a few things from different banks(open accts,TCs)the bank sent it as a purchase and Ist USA took it as a purchase(had to reduced my CA to 0,or they could have declined it).
Now they say it was a CA,after complaining they say fine its a purchase,but we won't give miles for purchases from banks where all you can get is different forms of money. I asked where that was in print, they answered it states NO MILES for cash adv. I said you just told me it was a purchase.Answer, call it what you want we won't give you miles for financial purchases!
Got to wait for the next bill,and I guess go to small claims over this one(theres 12,000 miles at stake).
Anyone have the same prob and what happened?
