Sure it is. The tricky part is that UA website clearly states that all infant on lap costs will be included at the time of paying for the award, but thatīs not the case when you fly some partners. You only realize about the extra charge looking at your CC statement. That sounds a little crazy to me. I have confirmed with UA that thatīs a glitch, but keeps happening.
