Any Experience with "Miles One" Visa?

I just signed up for the Capital One "Miles One" Visa card and am wondering if I made the right move. (This is a card where $1 equals 1 point, and among other things, 25,000 points equals one coach RT in the contiguous U.S.)

My main complaint is the way they provide information on the number of points you've accumulated. To my surprise, the number of points you've earned is NOT provided on the monthly bill, and there is no way to access this information on the internet.

Instead, they send out separate mileage statements with hopelessly outdated information. The statement is provided quarterly, arrives in your mailbox nearly three months after the end of the quarter, and does not necessarily include all transactions, which "may take up to 60 days".

Funny, they don't have any of these problems with the bill they send me every month. Seems to be a conscious effort on the part of Capital One's bean-counters to prolong the process of paying off on the reward.
