As a World MasterCard, it comes with a "no pre-set spending limit" and 24-hour complimentary Concierge Service with Web acess.

The rest of the terms are as folows:

APR: 18.9% for purchases, 19.99% for cash advances;
Grace Period: 20-25 days;
Reduced Mileage Awards;
$1M Travel Accident Insurance;
Double AAdvantage Miles at Wyndham;
60,000 miles/year limit.

Actualy, that page gives you another option - Platinum AAdvantage World MasterCard. The differences are as follows:

7,500 bonus miles;
$85 annual fee;
100,000 miles/year limit.
