Not a bombing. 28 persons who were assumed by the terrorists to be non-Muslim were taken off a bus near Mandera, Kenya and shot. Tourists don't go anywhere near there. It is the tripoint of Ethiopia, Kenya, and Somalia very far from any tourist destination.
