I have never seen one. I signed up with the Platinum one with a standard 5000 mile bonus fee, worthless companion certificate (only domestic, $399 or more original ticket), and 1.2 miles per dollar (2 miles per US ticket dollar).

Very happy-- good online access, fast posting of miles. High annual fee ($125).
