Back in September I took advantage of First USA's double mile balance transfer offer. To date, the balance transfer miles have not posted to my Mileage Plus account. I did get the miles for purchases. Calls to First USA have yielded the usual "we'll look into it" response. Has anyone else received miles from this promotion yet ?
