Toll free number for Marriott Rewards is 800-321-7396
Also you can call reservations 800 number and ask to be transferred to Marriott Rewards.

BTW, since you aren't aware of what area codes are toll free, there are six toll free area codes: 800, 888, 877, 866, 855 and 844

801 area code for Utah and 808 area code for Hawaii are not. I mentioned Hawaii only because friends from Hawaii often call me and I have to look closely at the area code on my caller ID in order to avoid picking up telemarketer calls.
