It is only courtesy / etiquette to watch over one ' s children in public areas , not to have them screaming & what nots .. . If they , the children , don ' t know any better , their parents ought to . A play area / ground would be best or within their suite / villa ( pool ) .
Yes, definitely a parent problem. I used to be shocked by what I saw of some kids out in public. Now that I'm a parent myself, I'm even more shocked.
