I'll be flying JAL CTS-KIX in March 2015 and I'm wondering about what is the latest time I can check into the flight with baggage. The flight departs at 11:50 and my bus from Niseko is scheduled to arrive at ~10:30 (the earliest I can get that day). Will that be enough time to check-in with luggage?

The JAL website mentions something like 15 minutes check-in / passing security before departure (and 30 minutes with international connection), but is not quite clear whether e.g. baggage will be accepted if I arrive at the counter at let say 20 minutes prior to departure. Any experiences, especially in CTS?
