AA MCE yes domestic and international for MVPG.
DL EC for no one. EC benefit lasted less than a year. You can get preferred seats though which includes Exit row (the only extra legroom we get) which has more legroom than EC. F waitlist on DL is exactly the same level for all AS elites which is just above non-rev.
