Sure yes, infant fares are still ubiquitous.

But I remember that I regularly purchased student fares on UA. And youth fares were common in Europe until they were squashed by anti-age-discrimination rulings.
There are some wacky discounts out there, for example Turkish Airlines offers the following discounts on some fares:
