All mainline AA planes feature MCE except for the 47 777-223s which will be reconfigured with MCE as they get the new lie-flat business class seats (46, since one has the new configuration). That includes every MD-80, every 738, every 757, every 763, every A319 and every A321.
Looks like it's simply sold out.
