Do I understand correctly that 75K elites are eligible for, on domestic flights, complementary:
-MCE on AA, at the time of booking
-Economy Comfort on DL, at the time of booking, and "First Class / Business Class" (or whatever they call it), at the gate.

Is that right?

Are the above only for the elite member, or would his travel companion be eligible as well?
