MCE looks pretty full, only a few seats open. I have to guess that some, but not all, are pending upgrades - and I'm one of them. Last year I had around 20 free 1 week out, and missed it by 1 slot. Still waiting to try out the 773 J cabin...
Is the logic correct that Black Friday should be a slightly easier chance to upgrade in general?
