Thanks for the clarification, and I appreciate that you are speaking about unruly people. Children are just people. I don't really like how some people choose to categorize children as X, gays as Y, minorities as Z, or nationalities as Q.

Having said that I do think there is an element where higher-end hotels tend to cater towards wealthier, educated and well-mannered guests. There are certainly examples where not all three checks are ticked, but to again quote your source "judge not lest you be judged."
