I'm seeing AA1441 at 6:35am and AA45 at 5:29pm, returning AA44 at 8:10 and AA120 at 10:02am. This is in February.

Like anything with LAS, timing is everything. If you're flying in or out around a big convention or other event, upgrades can be tough to nonexistent even for EXPs. But on a random Tues or Wed in the winter, you should have a decent chance.
