Do you mean £20 for the whole cabin? I remember reading on here many years ago that the typical club meal costs the airline just a few pounds.

If BA became modular and instead of CE offered a bunch of extras of could pay for I'd probably be willing to pay:

- £10 to order a hot meal (similar to current CE dinners)
- £8 to order a CE style cold meal
- 25p to order an afternoon tea
- £60 for middle seat block + centre table (more on longer routes)

The current maximum (per leg) that I'm willing to pay in CE is £100 (for a band 3) over the ET fare.
