Last time the seating configuration changed in CE (about five years ago) there was a furore, and I (along with many others) wrote in to complain; the change was reversed until now.

However, I feel that most of us customers (or at least procurement depts for major corporates) are even more price focussed than was the case previously - as predicted, CE is being withdrawn in all but name.

Like MrSimon I'll still fly it for work when I need the privacy to review documents etc. en route to meetings, and for the less crowded cabin, better food and champagne on weekend leisure trips.

But whereas before I'd never have set foot in the boot, these days I have tried it a couple of times and, as others have stated, once my TP target is met I'm much more flexible/less bothered about which cabin I'm in as there is much less to differentiate than used to be the case.
