Unlimited drinks isn't really a benefit as things can and do run out (in my case London Pride as the most cans I've seen on a flight is 4) and you're entitled to ask for extra drinks in Euro Traveller too.

For me the added benefits are:
- More personalised service (due to smaller cabin and dedicated crew)
- Free middle seat
- Middle seat extra table.
- Better food at mealtimes (during afternoon tea service I actually find the economy food better on a band 3).

What I don't like is that they've stopped converting the old style seats. I find the old style seats very uncomfortable in economy config but great in CE config.
