Veterans of MS, I have a question. I've been following this thread and wanted to start paying some bills that otherwise wouldn't be payable via a credit card, and as an extra bonus hit the minimum spending for a few new cards.
My question is how do the banks specifically Chase and Citi feel about loading up a 1k/month from serve if that is the only transactions? Would I be at more risk of account closure? Would you suggest I toss a few other bills that can be payed directly with a credit card?
I ask because I've spend the last year getting a handful of cards that maximize point bonus categories and nearly all of my purchases are earning more than 1 point per dollar, I'd hate to divert earning on those bonuses towards something that only earned 1 point per dollar if I didn't have to.
I know that an exact answer to my question is unlikely, but I wanted to hear your opinions and personal experiences. Thank you!
